Two Must Have DIY Muscle Recovery Ingredients

Let's face it, the first #MagicMonday of the year leaves many of us with unusable muscles for the duration of the week which is why I'm keeping this post short and sweet.

Epsom Salts and a Hot Bath. 


Keep the water as hot as you can handle and fill the tub with as much or as little of the tiny crystal muscle relaxing miracles as you want. Enjoy.

P.S I love the Vanilla Scented Life Brand Salts from Shoppers Drug Mart. I'm just not sure I would use the entire 454g in one sitting as recommended on the package. My aching sore muscle want to sink into the hot water, not float on it.
